Installation coverage
Every system we install comes with three layers of protection.
- Lifetime workmanship — refrigerant lines, brazed joints, electrical connections, condensate, and ductwork covered for life of the equipment.
- 10-year manufacturer parts on equipment when registered within 60 days — we handle the registration for you the same day.
- Optional 10-year labor extension available at install (most homeowners take it; it pays back the first time a board or compressor goes).
- Annual maintenance visit included free for year one to keep manufacturer warranty active.
Repair coverage
A repair from us doesn't end when we leave.
- 2-year parts-and-labor warranty on every repair we perform (vs. industry-standard 30–90 days).
- Comfort Club members get the warranty extended automatically for the life of the membership.
